How do I get charged?

Option 1: If you opt for the flat annual fee then you will be issued an annual invoice after your 12 month subscription expires.

Option 2: If you opt for the FREE subscription, then at the end of each month we will send you an invoice for any confirmed bookings that were referred through the OpenTravel Network. Note, you will only recieve an invoice for confirmed bookings as we understand that many enquiries do not result in bookings.

You will only be invoiced after the last date of the client's booking. We trust that the vast majority of owners will respect this honesty based system and will be happy to pay the small booking fee.  We survey visitors on a random basis to get feedback on quality and whether the stay, our tour, took place.
